Terms of Service

1. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, over the phone, or in person.

  • Deposits: A $50 deposit is required to secure any booking, including consultations. This deposit is fully redeemable against any professional treatment.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No Show: If you fail to provide 48 hours notice, or do not show for a consultation or treatment, your $50 deposit will be forfeited.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment time or cancel the appointment with the deposit forfeited to avoid delaying subsequent clients.

2. Clinical Suitability and Right of Refusal

The safety and results of our clients are our primary concern. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion for reasons including:

  • Medical contraindications that make a treatment unsafe.

  • Non-compliance with essential pre-treatment or post-treatment aftercare.

  • Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff.

  • Any situation where the practitioner deems the treatment inappropriate for the client at that time.

  • Clients may be refused service for any reason at our sole discretion.

3. Health and Safety

Clients are required to disclose a full and accurate medical history before any service.

  • All consent, treatment, and consultation forms must be completed in full 24 hours before commencing your service.

  • Failure to disclose relevant medical information or medications will result in an immediate refusal of service.

  • Clients attend the clinic at their own risk and are responsible for following all clinical instructions provided by the therapist.

  • All clinical treatments carry a degree of risk. Side effects may include redness, swelling, peeling, or temporary sensitivity.

4. Refunds and Results

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Exchanges: If you are unsatisfied, you may exchange the value of the service for alternative clinic treatments or skincare products.

  • Exclusions: Refunds are not provided for missed appointments, partial treatments, or dissatisfaction due to expected clinical side effects, such as peeling, erythema, or temporary redness.

  • Guarantees: By using our services, you acknowledge that results vary per individual and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

5. Clinic Etiquette

To maintain a safe and sterile clinical environment:

  • Guests and Children: No guests or children are permitted in the treatment rooms. This policy exists for insurance reasons and to prevent the contamination of clinical products.

  • Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to provide written consent and remain on-site during the service.

  • Personal Items: ES'O Aesthetics is not liable for the loss or damage of any personal items brought into the clinic.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, social media, and marketing materials is the property of ES'O Aesthetics unless otherwise stated. This includes text, images, logos, and videos. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Liability

ES'O Aesthetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Personal information collected for appointments or online purchases will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.

8. Policy Updates

ES'O Aesthetics reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
